Title/s:    Stranger than Previous Life / New Life is Stranger than Old One

We all know the Friends witnessing the Emerald City and its people being restored to life, but I wanted to add in the restoration of the Yellow Brick Road too.   And I slightly elaborate on a bit from the Novelization where "A great wind rise in the forest behind her, shaking the leaves of the nearby trees, as it began to blow in the direction of the city.  The gray, grim ruins began to glow and then to shimmer with an unmistakable scintillating greenness."
I make the breeze be ALL the stolen emeralds returning to the ruined city by way of Dorothy's wish.

I prefer the pencil line of the Emerald City GLOWING, but the inking isn't bad so I like it!  That's the one thing I would keep ... everything else I would change or rearrange.
